About the position

As a welding course leader with us at svetskurser.se, you will have a varied and developing role. You will:

• Conduct welding courses in MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG for both beginners and more experienced participants.
• Educate various target groups – individuals, companies, and schools.
• Manage and coordinate the course operations, e.g.:
• Plan courses and market them.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Develop tailored course structures as needed.
• Compile course plans and manage bookings.
• Contribute to the development of the course operations and our offerings.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in welding with MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG.
• Has teaching skills and enjoys educating others.
• Is independent, structured, and has good administrative abilities.
• Has good communication skills and can build strong customer relationships.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is a plus.

Previous experience in teaching/mentoring and administrative work is highly desirable.

About the position

• Permanent full-time employment.
• Working hours primarily during the day, but courses may also be held in the evenings and on weekends.
• You will be based at our training facility in Bromma, but some teaching may occur at the customer's location.

Our course operations started in 2015, and since then we have organized welding courses for individuals, companies, and schools, among others. We also arrange workshops, welding events, and customized courses. Svetskurser.se also conducts welding tests. We are located in A Lundgren Smides facilities in Bromma.
